One of the principles we observe is to learn through teaching. More experienced riders are helping the younger ones or the less experienced ones. That supports social behaviour and strengthens the things the kids have already learned. Our team includes more people than mentioned below.
The ones who mainly help with educating the horses and also give lessons on their own are listed here.
Looking back I grew up in a dream world. I discovered the forests with my pony in my childhood , in my teenage years I also started competing, mainly in jumping competitions. I gained my qualification as a child care worker. I worked at a stud with icelandic horses and passed the trainer B Ipzv examination in 1998. At the same time I discovered my passion for long distance riding and met my mentor Bert Fichtel. I passed the Trainer B long distance riding test in 2008. In 2001 I met my teacher and mentor Bent Branderup. In 2006 I passed my knight-test with my tinker mare Sally. I completed the piaffe-examination with Sally´s daughter Gwinni in 2012. Since 2014 I am a Bent Branderup® trainer.
I started riding at ponyhof heynckes when I was six. In 2015 I took part at a Bent Branderup clinic as a rider for the first time. At the moment I am working at a kindergarten.
I spend a lot of my free time at the ponyhof and I offer riding lessons for the "beginner".
The ponyhof was my second home since I was a kid. I passed the squire-test with my pony Pico in 2014. After recently graduating as a vet my time at ponyhof is spent riding and training the horses but also providing medical care when needed.
